This is like my fave lunch ever. I could (and sometimes do) eat it every day during the work week!
A few variations ~ I love to add fresh cilantro and sometimes red pepper flakes. I also sometimes use hard boiled eggs mashed up on top but I like this warm so prefer a fried egg in spray or a little coconut oil or EVVO with a runny yolk and on Ezekial Sprouted bread!
This is so so so good! I could also eat this a few times a week! And, again, often do!

I don’t always put spinach in.
I sneak ground flax or chia seeds into this to make them even better 🙂
Shakeology!! All flavors 🙂 Greenberry is maybe my least favorite. But, the new cafe latte with chilled butter toffee coffee, unsweetened cashew milk, a little raw honey and ice is to die for! I try not to have these too often but I love to mic them just a little bit to warm them up and make them gooey! I buy them on amazon for cheaper 🙂
