Since I don’t always love meat, I love finding nummy, healthy alternatives.
So, I found that I LOVED portobello burgers!
I just grill the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side after brushing with EVOO and then top with a slice of provolone at the end.
I love whole wheat buns that I also brush with EVOO and throw on the grill just to toast a little.
And, then I also add avocado, tomato, red onion and sprouts if I have them! I don’t even have to use ketchup!
Pair them with a side salad and homemade sweet potato fries for the perfect meal!!
