Happy Monday friends!
So, I was going to start my new program today but I remembered I love Mondays as a rest day! And, the 7th day in this program is an “active recovery” day ~ which means a shorter, less intense workout. Soooooo, I’m starting tomorrow instead!

I’ve talked about this before my one of my mentors doesn’t believe in the idea of motivation. He believes INSPIRATION is what will guide and push you to achieving your goals. I totally agree! Before when I relied on being “motivated” all the time, things just didn’t work. Motivation is fleeting. Inspiration is all around if you are open to seeing it. By keeping your mind inspired and remembering WHY you’re doing what you’re doing, you are far more likely to reach all your goals.
I really have been enjoying working out these days and just running when I felt like running and doing Country Heat when I felt like doing Country Heat. But, I’ll be honest I wasn’t really following a plan or a schedule or eating for my activity. I’m actually SUPER excited to get back into a regular schedule that I just follow and a nutrition plan that’s designed specifically for what I’m doing. It takes the guesswork out of everything!
