Hey hey all! HaPpY mOnDaY!
I’m sitting at home blogging waiting for more info on our delayed flight to Vegas! SUPER bummed because although we’re going for a work trip (Daryn’s work….me just for fun), we have a couple friends getting married at 5 there today! We will for sure miss the wedding now and we’ll be lucky to even make it for the reception. So, cross your fingers for us that we can make at least some of it!
It’s Monday and I’m not gonna let going to Vegas totally derail me! I have my laptop, Nikes and workout gear packed so I can work some AND workout! I’m gonna get my sweat on while I’m there, get in LOTS of steps, and I have my Shakeology packets along! Yes, I may be indulging some but I’m also going to stay active and get in some healthy meals! I’m really looking forward to just laying on a lounge chair, a lot of reading and relaxing and maybe even a spa day while we’re there!
And, I’m only two weeks away from starting the Ultimate Reset! So, I’m bringing the book along for the flight so I can be prepared! I know I said it but I’m super excited for a “reset” for sure! I’ve still been lacking energy, my skin looks like I’m an adolescent again and I’m just not feeling 100% like myself still. And, I have a few friends who have done this program or are doing it right now and having great success with their skin, their energy levels, mental clarity, moods and more! AND, I LOVED this for a Monday! Fear can either paralyze or motivate you. Let it motivate you! Everyone is afraid of something. But, those who are successful do things in spite of their fears.
