I shared this in my wellness community this morning (ha, I think I over-share this one but oh well I love it). And, it came with a little disclaimer that I’ve been on the struggle bus for quite a while now….if you missed my post last Friday, go check it out but I’ve been searching for the right answer. And, I got super excited about my fitness with Country Heat again and I’ve been enjoying my running program even though it’s been hard. So, I just gotta keep going and keep pushing and put more into my nutrition as always. I’m gonna keep doing hard shit! And, love my body along the way! AND, one of the things I love the most what keeps me in the game is coaching and working 1-on-1 with people. I have some new things I’m working on to make it as good of experience as I can and I’m super excited to be recommitting and refocusing with that aspect!
And, also as I talked about last week, my newest challenge I decided is going to be doing the new program we have coming out, Core De Force. And, things just got a little more fun tonight! My team just announced we’re doing our very own official test group of this program! Part of me cringes at the thought of committing to anything through the holidays BUT it’s also pretty dang important to me to finish the year strong! An end-of-the-year resolution! So, I’m also committing to this group! I always participate like a challenger but I’m not always just starting a new program or following something specifically, so it’s going to be exciting! I’m up for a challenge of finding healthier alternatives for Thanksgiving! (Yes, think protein-pumpkin-cheesecake that TOTALLY fits my macros!!)
