And, I LOVE Chalene Johnson’s 30-Day Push for helping me not be the above!!
I had the privilege of listening to her speak twice when I was in Dallas for a Platinum Presenters Team Event, Platinum Edge. She is SO SO motivating and inspiring and her energy is absolutely magnetic. I loved everything she had to say and have really focused on putting her advice into practice since I’ve been back.
So, I’ll be honest….I downloaded the actual 30-Day Push book on my Kindle early this year and started it like 3 different times.
As the Holidays grew closer this year and I was finding myself becoming more stressed, overwhelmed and worried, I decided to give it another go.
But, this time I signed up for her 30-Day Push emails….which also include short videos.
I’m not sure if it’s the format of this or if I was just ready to commit but this time around I’m on Day 9….which is the furthest I’ve made it….and I’m already feeling SO SO much less stressed, less overwhelmed and more focused!

I will be doing a review at the very end of my 30 days but I didn’t want to wait to share this! I know for me the Holidays…while it’s my favorite time of the year…it also can be a stressful time of the year between sticking to my budget and juggling Christmas parties and focusing on my health….so I can only image some of you out there feel the same.
